What conditions can I use to filter a Excel file?

You can filter by any column using equals, not equals, contains, starts with, ends with, is empty, or is not empty. Numeric columns also support greater than and less than. Multiple conditions are combined with AND.

Can I filter a Excel file on more than one column at a time?

Yes. Add multiple conditions and they are all applied together. Every row in the output satisfies all conditions.

Does filtering modify the original Excel file?

No. A new file is created containing only the matching rows. Your original file is untouched.

Is my data private?

Yes — completely. Your file is never uploaded to any server. Everything runs locally in your browser using WebAssembly — processing happens entirely inside your tab. Once you close the tab, nothing is retained.

What is the maximum file size?

The free limit is 50 MB. For larger files, performance depends on your device's available memory — most modern machines handle 500 MB to 1 GB comfortably.
